Both sides are present along with their engaged counsel. The matter is settled between the parties at the original awarded amount of Rs.14,87,200/- (Rupees fourteen lakh eighty seven thousand two hundred) only, out of which an amount of Rs.8,37,200/- (Rupees eight lakh thirty seven thousand two hundred) has already been received by the claimant/respondent No.1. Accordingly, the appellant M/s. National Insurance Co. Ltd. is directed to deposit the balance amount of Rs.6,50,000/- (Rupees six lakh fifty thousand) only before the Registry of this High Court within thirty (30) days from today. On such deposit, the Registry shall release the same to the claimants/respondent No.1 Mrs. Minakshy Thakuria, on proper identification. The statutory deposit, if any, be released. The matter stands closed on settlement. Return back the LCR.
