Heard Mr. D. Bora, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. P. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. This interlocutory application filed by the applicants, praying for correction of father's name of petitioner No.4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Bora that inadvertently the father's name of the petitioner No.4 has been reflected as "Ramji Singh" instead of "Sanjeev Singh" in the petition bearing A.B. Case No.736/2024 and accordingly, he prays for correction of the same. Page No.# 3/3 In this regard, Mr. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has raised no objection. Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application stands allowed. The father's name of petitioner No.4 shall be reflected as "Sanjeev Singh" instead of "Ramji Singh" in the connected A.B. Case No.736/2024.
