Heard Mr. C. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. B. K. Das, learned standing counsel, ONGC for the opposite party Nos. 1 to 4 and Mr. D. Upamainya, learned standing counsel, Health Department for the opposite party No.5. By this application, the applicant is praying for correction of a typographical error in paragraph-12 of the order dated 23.04.2024 passed in WP(C)/3832/2023. Page No.# 3/3 The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the fourth line of paragraph-12, the date appearing as 25.20.2025 should read as 25.10.2025. The learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection. This Court has also perused the records and it is found that a typographical error has crept into the fourth line of paragraph-12 of the order dated 23.04.2024 passed in WP(C)/3832/2023. Accordingly the date appearing as 25.20.2025 at paragraph-12 of the said order shall read as 25.10.2025. The respondents particularly, respondent Nos. 1 to 4 shall comply with the directions passed by this Court within a period of 2(two) months w.e.f today i.e.,
