25.11.2024 Heard Mr. S. Nawaz, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 and Mr. B. P. Borah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2. By this application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners have prayed for quashing of orders dated 29.05.2023 and 19.02.2024 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karbi Anglong, Diphu in PRC No. 74/2023 arising out of Diphu PS Case No. 63/2022. Learned counsel for the petitioners prayed to hand over the photocopies of the seized documents to them. It appears that charge-sheet has been laid in connection with this case and the original copies are kept in the Malkhana of CJM, Karbi Anglong. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for the respondent No.2 have made no objection in handing over the photocopies of the seized documents to the petitioners. Accordingly, the learned CJM, Karbi Anglong, Diphu is directed to hand over the photocopies of the seized documents to the petitioners. In view of above, this criminal petition stands disposed of.
