Heard Mr. J. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. A. Phukan, learned Standing Counsel for the Elementary Education. After arguing the matter at some length, Mr. J. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with a liberty to file afresh by having understood the fact that the prayer made in this writ petition has become redundant, in view of the fact that the petitioner has been granted regular scale of pay since, 01.03.2021, whereas, as per the documents annexed by the respondent authority he is entitled to the regular pay of scale from

16.11.2019, which has not been prayed. Considering the above, the prayer for the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for.
