Sri Man Bahadur Sonar v. New India Assurance Company Ltd

ORDER

The case is put up before the National Lok Adalat.

The Insurance Company is represented by its officials.

The claimant is duly present along with engaged counsel.

It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 1,45,436/- (Rupees one lakh forty five thousand four hundred thirty six) only and after negotiation, both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty thousand) only as full and final settlement.

Accordingly, the respondent/New India Assurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty Page No.# 3/3 thousand) only before the learned Tribunal within a period of 1 (one) month from today and the claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the same on being proper verification and identification.
