¶2The Petitioner herein is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Respondent Authorities in not issuing the IMFL License to the Petitioner pursuant to the communication dated 24.06.2015 issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Excise Department.

¶3This Court has duly taken note of the affidavit filed by the Respondent No.4 wherein it has been mentioned that the proposed license site only 150 meters from National Highway which has become a bar. In addition to that, it has also been mentioned that there is an objection submitted by one Smti. Padma Das on 07.07.2015 and it is under such circumstances, the license have not been issued.

¶4It seems that the Petitioner in view of the stand which have been taken by the Respondents has lost interest in the instant proceedings for which the instant proceedings stands closed for non-prosecution.
