However, it is submitted by Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the case has already been charge-sheeted vide Charge-Sheet No. 77/2024, dated 16.05.2024.

In view of above, considering the fact that the case has already been charge-sheeted, the petitioner is hereby directed to approach the learned Trial Court below with an appropriate application for bail.
