Judgment
ORDER
The case is put up before the National Lok Adalat.
The Insurance Company is represented by its officials.
The claimant is duly present along with engaged counsel.
It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 5,23,288/- (Rupees five lakhs twenty three thousand two hundred eighty eight) only which has already been deposited by the Insurance Company and out of which, Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakhs) only each has already been deposited in the name of the two minor children and the remaining amount is also withdrawn by the claimant.
Both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an additional amount Page No.# 3/3 of Rs. 1,80,000/- (Rupees one lakhs eighty thousand) only as full and final settlement. Accordingly, the respondent/Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit the settled additional amount of Rs. 1,80,000/- (Rupees one lakhs eighty thousand) only before the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Sonitpur, Tezpur within a period of 1 (one) month from today and the claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the same on being proper verification and identification.
The appeal stands disposed of in terms above.
