2024 Heard Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. L. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent/ Insurance Company. I have also heard Mr. T. Kalita, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4. The Insurance Company has already deposited 50% of the awarded amount in the Registry of this Court. The present application has been filed praying for an order allowing the claimant to withdraw the said amount from the Registry of this Court. Ms. L. Sarma has no objection if the claimant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount from the Registry of this Court. Accordingly, the prayer of the applicant is allowed. The Registry is directed to disburse the aforesaid 50% of the awarded amount to the claimant respondent without any riders. The I.A. stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
