Page No.# 2/2 By this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the applicant, namely, Apurba Pathak has prayed for pre arrest bail who is apprehending arrest in connection with Jalukbari PS Case No.170/2024 under sections 384/387/506 IPC read with section 7(C)1/7(C) of Assam Money Lenders Act, 1934. Case diary called for is received and perused. This court vide order dated 06.05.2024 granted interim bail to the applicant with a direction to appear before the I/O and the applicant has accordingly appeared and recorded his statement and he has been duly interrogated in the meantime. Considering the materials so far collected and the nature of allegation made in the FIR, this court is of the view that no custodial interrogation shall be required inasmuch as the applicant has co-operated with the investigating agency.
