Heard Ms. T. Som, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who submits that though the case dairy was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge has Page No.# 2/2 been laid vide charge-sheet No. 85/2024 dated 29.05.2024 against the present petitioner. In view of laying of charge-sheet in this case, this bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may seek regular bail, if so advised. In the event, the said application is filed, the same may be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with law.
