This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay of 12 days in preferring the accompanying appeal against the judgment and order dated 12.01.2023 passed by the Court of the learned District Judge, Jorhat in Title Suit (M) No.46/2019.

¶2This Court has heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties.

¶3I have also perused the grounds mentioned in the instant application. From a perusal of the same, this Court is of the opinion that the same constitutes sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 12 days in preferring the accompanying appeal.

¶4Accordingly, the delay stands condoned.

¶5The Registry shall register the accompanying appeal and list the matter for admission in the second week of April, 2024,

¶6Interlocutory application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
