This is an application under Order XIII Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for return of the original admitted documents which have been submitted before the learned Trial Court in Title Suit No.23/2009.

¶2This application has been filed by the appellants stating that the documents, more particularly the Sale Deed No.2165 dated 21.051985 as well as the Sale Deed No.1008/1992 which have been exhibited as Ext.1 and Ext.5 are required by the appellants for certain important reasons.

¶3This Court taking into account the said submission of Mr. G. Bordoloi, the learned counsel for the applicants permits the Registry to return those original documents to the applicants which were exhibited as Ext.1 and Ext.5 in Title Suit No.23/2009 subject to the Registry keeping true copies of the said documents by comparing with the originals. The same shall be done within 15 days from today.

¶4In view of the above, the I.A. stands disposed of.
