10.01.2024 Heard Ms. P. Boruah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge-sheet has been laid bearing C.S. 31.07.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated

03.05.2023, the petitioner, namely, Pranjit Daimari @ Jetlee was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail, by this Court, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by this Court, by order dated 03.05.2023 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. (ii) (iii) and (iv) attached to the said order remaining intact. With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
