Heard the learned senior counsel Mr. P.K. Roy assisted by Ms. A. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Also heard Ms. S. Chakraborty, learned counsel representing Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. Ms. K. Phukan, learned counsel appears for Respondent Nos.5, 6 and 7. Here, in this case, the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 have expired and their legal heirs are already on record. Therefore, the present application has been filed for striking out the names of the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 from the title page of the connected Regular First Appeal. The prayer is allowed. The names of the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 shall be struck off from the title page of the connected memo of appeal. The I.A. stands disposed of.
