Heard Mr. A. Alim SK, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of (i) Sri S. Abbasi, I/c Secretary to the Government of Assam, Water Resource Department, Dispur, Guwahati-6 and (ii) Sidhartha Sarma, the Executive Engineer, Water Resource Department, Nagar, Water Resource Division, Nagaon, P.O., P.S & District-Nagaon, Assam, Pin-782001 as respondent nos.5 & 6 in the connected contempt petition, since they are the new incumbent holding the post of I/c Secretary to the Government of Assam, Water Resource Department, Dispur, Guwahati and the Executive Engineer, Page No.# 3/3 Water Resource Department, Water Resource Division, Nagaon, P.O., P.S & District-Nagaon, Assam. Ms. A. Lodha, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2, 3 to 4 submits that she has got no objection to the application being allowed. The prayer of the applicant's counsel is allowed. In view of the consent of the parties, (i) Sri S. Abbasi, I/c Secretary to the Government of Assam, Water Resource Department, Dispur, Guwahati-6 and (ii) Sidhartha Sarma, the Executive Engineer, Water Resource Department, Nagar, Water Resource Division, Nagaon, P.O., P.S & District-Nagaon, Assam, Pin-782001 are impleaded as respondent Nos. 5 & 6. I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
