ORDER Date : 24-07-2024 Heard Mr. M P Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. J Chutia learned counsel for the sole respondent submits that the Joint Secretary cum CALA, Department of Revenue, KAAC Diphu has Page No.# 2/2 already passed a speaking order dated 03.06.2024 pursuant to this court's order dated 12.02.2024 passed in WP(C) No.6621/2023 and therefore, this contempt petition may be closed inasmuch as, in the order dated

12.02.2024, it was provided that if the petitioner is found himself aggrieved by the speaking order, the petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate remedy as permissible under law. Mr. Chutia learned counsel for the respondent has also produced a speaking order dated 03.06.2024 which reflects that the aforesaid order has been passed in reference to this court's order dated 12.02.2024. In view of the aforesaid and in view of the specific observations made in the order dated 12.02.2014 that the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the speaking order, this court is also of the opinion that nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present petition. Accordingly the same stands closed. A copy of the order dated 03.06.2024 has been handed over by Mr. Chutia to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the order in terms of this court's order dated 12.02.2024 passed in WP(C) No.6621/2023 as discussed above.
