Case no.
El.Pet. 3/2021

Judgment

ORDER Date : 21-06-2024 None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. However, Dr. P.P. Medhi, learned counsel for the respondent is present.

It appears from the record that the names of earlier set of counsel for the petitioners has been deleted from the cause-list as they have Page No.# 2/2 disengaged themselves in the case. As per office note dated 09.04.2024 the petitioner has not engaged any counsel so far. He is personally not present for arguing as the petitioner-in-person. Accordingly it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this matter. Hence, this matter stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
