In view of the aforesaid, this Court is of the considered view that this criminal petition can be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit Page No.# 3/3 the aforesaid Registration Certificate before the Court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagaon and thereafter, the Court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagaon after calling for a report from the concerned I.O decide the Zimma application of the petitioner in accordance with law. As such, impugned Order dated 23.12.2021 passed by the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagaon, in Petition No. 2532/2021 shall be kept in abeyance. It is needless to clarify that the aforesaid exercise shall be carried out within a period of 1 (one) month from the date of submission of the Registration Certificate by the petitioner before the aforesaid Court.
