Heard Mr. A. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, Page No.# 2/2 namely, Anisur Rahman was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court with certain conditions on 30.05.2024 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the Investigating Officer. On the other hand, Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Nagaon P. S. Case No. 231/2024 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer on

16.05.2024 and his statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has already been recorded. Considering the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.05.2024 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact.

With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of. Send back the case diary.
