ORDER

13.06.2024 Heard Mr S Nazneen, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr R R Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet has been Page No.# 2/2 submitted against the petitioner, vide C.S. No. 103/2024, dated 31.05.2024, in connection with Samuguri PS Case No. 84/2024, registered under Sections 326/307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

¶3The petitioners are at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court within 15 days and apply for bail, if so advised and the learned Court may consider the bail application, as per merits of the case.

¶4Matter is closed.
