Heard Ms. S. B. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. U. Sharma, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department for the opposite party Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Ms. D. D. Barman, learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate for the opposite party No.4. By this application, the applicant is praying for correction with regard to the name of the respondent No.5 in WP(C)/1863/2024 on the ground that the name of respondent No.5 has been wrongly typed. It is submitted that the name of respondent No.5 should read as "Hiran Kalita", Tutor, C/o The Anchalik Senior Secondary Education, Bangaon, Bajali, PIN 781325 instead of "Hiren Kalita". The learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objections. This Court has also perused the cause shown in the present application and is satisfied.
