Mr. S. Dutta, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition was filed on account of the State Bank of India withholding the salary Account of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that in the meantime, the salary Account of the petitioner has been released and as such nothing further survives in the instant writ petition.

¶2It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the circumstance the State Bank of India again does so, liberty may be given to the petitioner.

¶3In view of the above submission, the instant writ petition stands closed.

¶4It is the opinion of this Court that if at a later point of time the Page No.# 3/3 petitioner's Account is again withheld, the same would constitute a separate cause of action for which no liberty is required.
