Page No.# 2/2 By this application the petitioner, namely, Jeherul Islam has prayed for pre arrest bail under section 438 Cr.P.C who is apprehending arrest in connection with Patacharkuchi PS Case No.92/2024 under section 4 of POCSO Act. Perused the case diary produced today and also perused the statement of the minor victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C along with the statement of other witnesses and the medical report. The aforesaid material clearly suggests the role of the petitioner in the commission of the offence. In view of the above, this court finds no merit in this petition and accordingly the same stands dismissed. Return the case diary.
