This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner raising the grievance that despite direction given by the learned Single Judge as well as Division Bench of this Court, the Page No.# 2/2 representation filed by the petitioner has not been decided by the authorities concerned despite passing of a long time. Mr. R. Mazumder, learned counsel appearing for the Education Department has informed this Court that, as a matter of fact, the representation of the petitioner has already been decided, but unfortunately decision could not be communicated to the petitioner. He assures this Court that the decision on the representation of the petitioner would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two days through his counsel. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. The contempt petition is accordingly closed.
