30.05.2024. In this context Dr. Puja Agarwal, learned Amicus Curiae has submitted that that the accused/petitioner took different contradictory stand in different applications in different forum. However, the present petitioner is asked to make a proper application before the learned Special Judge, Bongaigaon and in the event of filing such application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. With the above observation, the bail application is disposed of.
