ORDER Date : 17 .07. 2024 Heard Mr. N. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State respondent. It is submitted by Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State respondent that the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner vide C.S. No. 57/24, dated 29.06.2024. Accordingly, he has submitted that the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner may approach before the trial Court, seeking regular bail. In view of the above and in view of filing of the charge sheet and considering the submission of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to approach before the trial Court and file appropriate application for bail and in the event of filing such bail application, the same shall be considered by the learned trial Court in accordance with law. With the above observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
