10.06.2024 Heard learned counsel for both the parties. Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner, Sri Phanindra Sonowal, praying for granting him bail in connection with North Lakhimpur PS case No. 66/2024 under Section 366/376(2)(n)/34 IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012. It is submitted by Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the investigating officer that charge-sheet has already been filed being C.S. No. 52/2024 dated 26.04.2024 in connection with the North Lakhimpur PS case No. 66/2024. In that view of the matter, the present bail application stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned court below seeking regular bail. In the event of such application is filed, the same be considered as per law.
