01.02.2024 Heard Mr. M. S. ALI, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. S. S. Roy, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the official respondents had produced a copy of the office order dated 04.09.2018 to submit that in terms of the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner has been considered but his prayer for appointment on compassionate ground has been rejected. Since the order dated 04.09.2018 is not under challenge, this writ petition stands closed by granting leave to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as may be permissible under the law against the order dated 04.09.2018, if so advised. A copy of the order dated 04.09.2018 be furnished to the petitioner's counsel.
