Heard Mr. A. Ghosal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. M. Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Shri K.M. Gopal Sana Rajkumar, the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Government of Assam, Chandmari, Guwahati-781003 as Page No.# 2/2 respondent no.2 6 in the connected contempt petition, since he is the new incumbent holding the said post. The learned counsel submits that impleadment of Shri K.M. Gopal Sana Rajkumar is necessary for effective compliance of the Court's direction in the connected contempt petition Considering the submission made and the application submitted, the application stands allowed as prayed for.
