Heard Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional P.P. for the State of Assam. Mr. Das has submitted that in this case, police has submitted the charge Page No.# 2/2 sheet being No. 295/2023 dated 21.07.2023 against the petitioner. After hearing both sides, the petitioner is advised to move the trial court for seeking bail. Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, if her bail application is not considered by the trial court. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands closed.
