Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under section 439 Cr.P.C seeking bail by the accused/petitioner, namely, Sri Biju Kumar Borah, who was arrested on 29.04.2024 in connection with Mikirbhata PS Case No.55/2024 under section 376(2)(i)/511 IPC read with section 8 of POCSO Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that already charge sheet has been filed and charge has also been framed. In view of the matter, the instant application stands closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court seeking regular bail and in the event of such application being filed, the learned trial court shall consider the same in accordance with law.
