ORDER

16.09.2024 This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the application for setting aside abetment of the Contempt Case and also for substitution of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. I have perused the grounds stated in the I.A. explaining the delay. Mr. A. Dey, learned counsel appearing for the OPs submits that he has no objection if the prayer is allowed. In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the OPs and considering the explanation furnished by the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer made in this I.A. deserves to be allowed. As such, delay of 118 days in filing the connected Contempt Case is hereby condoned. The I.A. stands allowed.
