ORDER

16.09.2024 This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to set aside abetment of the Contempt Case due to failure on the part of the petitioner to file application for substitution within the prescribed period of limitation. I have perused the grounds stated in the I.A. explaining the delay. Mr. A. Dey, learned counsel appearing for the OPs submits that he has no objection if the prayer is allowed. In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the OPs and considering the explanation furnished by the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer made in this I.A. deserves to be allowed. The I.A. stands allowed accordingly.
