– B E F O R E – HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. VIJAY BISHNOI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KARDAK ETE 20-06-2024 (Vijay Bishnoi, C.J.) This writ appeal is filed by the appellant being aggrieved with the judgment and order dated 09.03.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) 58/2021 and other connected writ petitions, including WP(C) 5578/2020 preferred by the appellant herein. By the said judgment and order, the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petitions. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the principal ground raised in the writ petition filed by the appellant was regarding reduction of marks under the head of Research Paper/Article Publication from 10 to 5; M.Phil. Degree from 3 to 2 and under the various heads. It is contended that though specific affidavit was filed on behalf of the appellant in the writ petition raising these grievances but the learned Single Judge did not deal with the same while passing the impugned judgment and order. Learned counsel for the appellant has, therefore, prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge. Page No.# 3/3 The prayer is granted. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed with the liberty as prayed for.
