20.03.2024 1 whereby 1 this 1 Court 1 directed 1 the 1 appellants 1 in 1 the Page No.# 3/3 accompanying Appeal to deposit an amount of Rs.39,38,205/- before the Registry of this Court on or before 20.05.2024. It was also mentioned in the said order that liberty was granted to the Appellants to file appropriate application before the Registry of this Court for release of the said amount.

¶2The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that the word ought to have been "respondent" instead of "Appellants" in paragraph No.6 of the said order dated 20.03.2024.

¶3This Court upon perusal of the order is of the opinion that there was an inadvertent typographical error in erroneously stating that the liberty was given to the "Appellants" which ought to have been the "respondent".

¶4Accordingly, this Court modifies the paragraph No.6 of the order dated 20.03.2024 thereby granting the liberty to the "respondent" in I.A.

(C) No.1547/2024 to file appropriate application before the Registry of this Court for release of the said amount. The Registry may permit such release of the amount subject to furnishing an indemnity bond and after due verification.

¶5The instant order shall be a part of the order dated 20.03.2024.

¶6With the above, the I.A. stands disposed of.
