ORDER Date : 21-06-2024 Heard Mr. A. Ali, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. I. Das, learned Standing counsel for the Higher Education department. The present application has been filed for correcting the address of the applicant/petitioner and the name of the respondent No.5 in the cause title of the W.P.(C) No. 3676/2023. The leaned counsel for the applicant submits that the correct address of the applicant/petitioner is "Village No. 2 South Rangapani, P.O.-Badla Bazar, P.S Boko, Dist-Kamrup, Assam" and not "Resident of No. 2 South Rangapani, P.O-Badla Bazar, P.S-Nagarbera, Dist-Kamrup, Assam". So also the name of the respondent No.5 should be mentioned as "Mobarak Ahmed" and not as "Mobarak Hussain". The applicant is allowed to correct the address of the applicant/petitioner and the name of the respondent No.4 as submitted hereinabove, by filing amended cause title. Consequent to the filing of the amended cause title, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No. 3, 4 & 5 by registered post with AD within a period of 7 days from today.
