24.05.2024, the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Page No.# 2/2 Officer of Dhekiajuli P.S. Case No. 67/2024 and has cooperated in the investigation. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Dhekiajuli P.S. Case No. 67/2024 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has been recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In view of the fact, the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has cooperated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.05.2024 is hereby made absolute. With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of. Send back the case diary.
