It is submitted that there was a delay of 95 (Ninety Five) days in filing the appeal but there was no willful negligence on the part of the appellant/applicant. The appellant/applicant somehow managed to collect the documents required to file the appeal and the appellant/applicant has given sufficient grounds for condonation of delay.

Thereby considering the submission of the learned Legal Aid Counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 95 (Ninety Five) days is hereby condoned.
