There is no representation from the petitioner when the matter is called.

¶2However, Mr. R. Talukdar, learned Government Advocate is present.

¶3We take note of the order dated 21.10.2024 wherein it has been recorded that the victim girl, who is the minor daughter of the informant as on the date of occurrence, has been recovered on 07.08.2024 and the victim was likely to be produced on the next working day before the appropriate Court at Udalguri before handing the custody to the complainant.

¶4The petitioner remained unrepresented when the matter was previously listed on 21.10.2024. Petitioner is also unrepresented when the matter is called today.

¶5Accordingly, it appears that on production of the victim girl before the concerned Court, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed for which he is not pursuing the matter.

¶6Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed on satisfaction. However, as the matter has been closed in the absence of the petitioner, it is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, he is at liberty to approach the Court Page No.# 3/3 in appropriate manner if so advised.

¶7In terms of the above observation, writ petition stands closed.
