This is an application under Section XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking stay of the judgment and decree dated

16.03.2024 passed by the learned District Judge, Dibrugarh in T.S.(D) No.15/2019.

¶2Taking into account the provision of Section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and as the Appeal has been duly filed within time, this Court is of the opinion that till the disposal of the instant Appeal, the judgment and decree dated 16.03.2024 passed by the learned District Judge, Dibrugarh in T.S.(D) No.15/2019 shall remain stayed.

¶3In view of the above, the instant I.A. stands disposed of.
