P.P. has submitted that the charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner vide C.S. No, 24/2024, dated 21.05.2024 in connection with North Guwahati P.S. Case No. 67/2024 under Section 498A Page No.# 2/2 IPC. In view of the above, the petitioner is to approach the concerned jurisdictional Court and apply for bail within 20 days, which may be considered in accordance with law. Till then, no coercive action to be taken. With the above direction, the bail application is disposed of. Interim order dated 27.05.2024 passed earlier stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
