Abdul Salam Ali v. The State of Assam

ORDER Date : 03-06-2024 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The present applicatioin is filed for correction/rectification of typographical error cropped up in the cause title of AB No.1009/2024. In the cause title of the connected AB No.1009/2024 the police station case has been typed as North Lakhimpur PS Cases No.1080/2018 Page No.# 2/2 under section 406/420 IPC (GR Case No.2463/2018), however, the anticipatory bail application was sought in the case of Crime Branch PS Case No.09/2023 under sections 120B/419/420/468/471/409 IPC. The FIR annexed with the connected bail application also fortifies such fact. In view of the above, the present interlocutory application stands allowed for correction of the cause title as indicated hereinabove. Registry to do the needful. The I.A stands disposed of.
