08.04.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Morigaon in Criminal Appeal No. 20/2023 upholding the Judgment and order dated 22.09.2023 passed by the learned SDJM, Morigaon in GR Case No. 1012/2016 convicting the applicant under Sections 325/34 of the IPC and sentenced him to undergo simple imprisonment for 365 days along with fine of Rs.5000/- in default to undergo 30 days simple imprisonment. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the grounds cited in the application, the applicant is allowed to go on fresh bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Morigaon and the aforesaid sentence is suspended till disposal of the connected revision petition.
