11.06.2024 Heard Mr A Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, Abdul Monnaf S.K., and Mr B B Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner, vide CS No. 86/2024 dated 20.05.2024, in connection with Azara PS Case No. 28/2024, under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Page No.# 2/2

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court and apply for bail, which may be considered by the learned Court, as per law.
