P.P., Assam that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 44/24, dated 31.05.2024 in connection with Khatkhati P.S. Case No. 50/2024. In view of above, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a direction to Page No.# 2/2 the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below within 10(Ten) days and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. This disposes of the anticipatory bail application.
