Heard the learned counsel Mr. P.A. Ahmed appearing for the petitioner. Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam on instructions submits that in this case, charge sheet being C.S. No.101/2024 dated 26.05.2024 has been filed against Page No.# 2/2 the present petitioner. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial for seeking regular bail. With the aforesaid direction, the application for bail stands closed and disposed of.
