Heard Mr. H. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused and Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State/sole opposite party.

¶2On instruction, Mr. H. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits Page No.# 2/2 that during pendency of this criminal revision petition, the petitioner has expired.

¶3In view of the above, this criminal revision petition stands closed due to abatement.

¶4The interim order passed earlier on 17.06.2011 in connected Crl.M.C.No. 407/2011 stands merged with this order.

¶5Send down the records of Criminal Appeal No.02/2009 along with a copy of this order to the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Goalpara.

¶6Registry shall also return the records of G.R. No.496/2007, arising out of Dudhnoi P.S. Case No.78/2007 to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Goalpara along with a copy of this order.
