Claimant is present along with her counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance Company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.11,72,999/- (Eleven Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.5,72,999/- (Five Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only) has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant is directed to withdraw the same, if not withdrawn after proper verification and duly identification by her engaged counsel. The insurance company is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs.6,00,000/- (Six Lakhs only) amount to the claimant in her savings account through NEFT. The claimant is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record, if any. The MAC Appeal stands disposed of.
